Uganda’s oil and gas dreams just moved one giant step closer to reality after local companies were confirmed to have scooped contracts worth over $2.2 billion. According to the Petroleum Authority of Uganda (PAU), these awards are part of more than $7 billion already approved under the Tilenga, Kingfisher and EACOP projects.
